ABOUT ME
Mark has spent over 30 years working in the corporate environment leading and developing teams. As a senior leader in a global retail bank, he has had first-hand experience in working with a variety of stakeholders and understands the complex and agile skills that today’s leaders need in a fast-changing regulated environment.
In his career as well as being responsible for running large leadership teams, Mark was instrumental in developing and delivering leadership programmes. These programmes covered a wide range of subjects including leadership theory, managing change, wellbeing, and psychological safety.
Mark’s goal is now to take time to share his extensive leadership skills and experiences to help others grow and be at their best.
As a learning facilitator and programme developer Mark has recently been working with institutions such as the London Institute of Banking and Finance (LIBF), Punter Southall Aspire and Barclays Bank UK PLC as an accredited trainer.
His Leadership Skills Academy developed with Punter Southall Aspire was awarded Trainee Scheme of the Year at the Professional Pensions Rising Stars Awards in 2023.
Mark has proven experience in coaching and developing leaders to be at their best and has also worked as a mentor for individuals across a variety of businesses.
